Spinach and mushroom soup (heat and weak type)
This type of particular soup can be cooked daily. Use 500g fresh spinach, wash it and then cut it into pieces, 150g mushroom and do the same. Add 1L of water inside to the pot, boiling the water and mushroom first for 5 minutes then add the spinach for 2 minutes. And add suitable quantity of salt and olive oil to serve.
